The focus of our upcoming 4th semester is relationships, making it also the perfect time for an in-person gathering that includes both you and your spouse. We believe this shared experience will open space for meaningful connections and growth within our Full Spectrum community.
Join us on June 3-5, 2026 for a three-day intimate retreat designed specifically to include your primary partner. This isn’t just time away; it’s an invitation to deepen the way you connect and relate.
The Full Spectrum Summit is a carefully curated experience set in an extraordinary location. It blends learning, adventure, honest conversation, and intentional connection to help you grow closer, dream bigger, and rediscover your most important relationships on a deeper level.

The Full Spectrum Summit will gather for both group and couples sessions designed to foster deeper connection and shared growth. You’ll have the opportunity to learn directly from the lived experiences of Vijay and Brad, including time along side their spouses, as we explore what it means to thrive in our most important relationships.
What to Expect:
Set against the backdrop of luxury accommodations near the water’s edge, the experience will include dining at world-class restaurants, visiting exclusive Okanagan wineries, and enjoying curated adventures such as sunrise yoga, scenic hikes, and surfing the vibrant waves of Lake Okanagan.
But beyond the beauty and bucket-list moments, the Summit creates sacred space: a place to pause, to reflect, to reconnect, and to grow. Individually and as a community. In this immersive experience, we’ll live and love at the highest level, embracing what it means to truly thrive in life, in leadership, and in love.

Final details and pricing for the Summit are still being confirmed. Our intention is to make the experience as accessible as possible. The plan is for the event to be all inclusive, covering accommodations, meals, and activities, so your only responsibility will be arranging your travel to the Okanagan.
For those who live locally, we will offer a package that excludes accommodations. That said, we strongly encourage staying on site to fully immerse yourself in the experience. Think of it as a purposeful staycation, free from everyday distractions and designed to help you get the most out of this unique time of learning, reflection, and connection.
